Civic Association of Heritage Harbour Homeowners, Inc.
The Civic Association of Heritage Harbour Homeowners deals with matters that are external to Heritage Harbour, such as those involving county, state, or federal government, and we offer a variety of activities that are available to all HH residents. We do our best to support other services that are the responsibility of the local HH Community Association (HHCA), a separate entity that manages the activities and property within the HH community itself. The two organizations are often confused but have different roles: the Civic Association provides an outreach to the broader community, while the HHCA focuses on Heritage Harbour proper.
Some examples of Civic Association activities are:
Invite guest speakers on subjects such as politics, health, safety, technology, and local history
Provide periodic updates on matters of interest and importance via various means of communication, such as email and the HHTV
Sponsor candidates’ forums and voter registration drives
Offer monthly concerts at the Lodge by a wide variety of musicians
Organize a food drive to benefit the AA County Food Bank
Host shredding events for safe disposal of personal documents
Work with the county Transportation Division to improve the safety and efficiency of local roads
Donate to local fire departments
Host a birthday party for residents 90 years of age and above
Annual dues are only $10 per household—unchanged since 1984. Watch for a membership mailing early each year. We invite those who are new to Heritage Harbour or who have not been a member in the past to join with us as we work together to keep residents informed and involved in matters that are important to our community as a whole. Your Civic Association seeks to improve life in Heritage Harbour, and we appreciate your support!
If you have not already joined and would like to do so, please use this form to send your name, address, phone number, email address, and a check for $10 made out to CAHHH to:
